Rose Briscoe is an experienced trial attorney primarily focused on employment discrimination & harassment, discrimination & harassment at schools and other public places, and serious personal injury cases.

Prior to starting a private practice in 2010, Rose served as a Public Defender in the state of Missouri, handling a wide range of cases from criminal non-support to manslaughter. She earned an Associate Degree in Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri, and a Juris Doctor Degree from Washburn University School of Law.

Missouri, Kansas, New York, Minnesota, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the U.S. District Court of Kansas
