Resolving Conflict Without Going to Court
Disputes over work, accidents, and family are personal, stressful, and expensive; they can drag on for years in court. Mediation offers another way. As a neutral mediator, Rose C. Briscoe helps people resolve conflicts in a confidential, structured setting where both sides are heard.
Our Approach
Mediation begins with a confidential conversation with each party to understand the issues and what matters most to them. From there, Rose guides joint and private sessions designed to keep discussions focused, respectful, and productive. She doesn’t take sides or impose a decision. Her role is to help everyone communicate clearly, explore realistic options, and work toward an agreement. Mediation is voluntary and confidential, and when the parties reach a resolution, its terms can be put in writing and made binding. Sessions can be held by video.
Why Choose Mediation?
Lower cost. Mediation typically costs far less than litigation.
Faster Resolution. Many disputes can be resolved in weeks rather than the months or years a court case can take.
Private and confidential. Discussions stay out of the public record, which protects reputations, careers, and family privacy.
You stay in control. Instead of a judge or jury deciding the outcome, the parties can shape an agreement that fits their needs, which matters most when there is an ongoing relationship.
